Taisi

Each home has its history and beginnings. This is a private living residence in the urban region of Taoyuan, where an entrepreneurial couple lives. It was built using native wood, special cement, and bricks from Japan. In a constrained space, the capacity and shockproof capacities are particularly improved such that the owner can have enough space to store books, gifts, and family items. The interior space resembles a person's heart. Inner desire is conveyed through this concept design.

Rhythm

In the wave of the development of the times, the designer tried to use the modern design language to interpret the spirit of the city and create a sense of the urban neighborhood and make it become the first display of the community spirit. The facade of the building uses textured reflective glass material. The surface of the glass reflects the natural landscape of the surrounding city. The structure inside the space and the skin are intertwined like a ribbon.

Jinwan Huafa International

Located in Jinwan District of Zhuhai, this is a mixed-use development with total site area is 507,45sqm composed of a commercial and residential district. It is designed to become an addition to the skyline of Jinwan Aviation City as well as an active and animated waterfront development at the northern end of Jinshan Lake. As such, the design of the building form for the twin towers in commercial district is inspired from the form of an aerodynamic wing shape, which to capture the spirit of aviation industry and reflect the importance of aviation to China and Jinwan city.

Frame

The project is located in Tianjin. The high-speed South Railway Station Science and Technology Business District in this area will become a Beijing-Tianjin comprehensive transportation hub. The surrounding transportation is convenient. Designers hope that the shape of the art gallery in the box makes the project a visual focus and attracts people's attention, and it is hoped that the outlook of the future living status of the area will be conveyed through design.The frame structure has two functions: one is the definition of function, and the other is the aesthetics of design.

Fintech Co-working

FinTech (financial tech) is an industry that uses technology to make financial services more efficient. Parametric design technologies, a reflection of new tech, have been employed in a spiral staircase. In addition, various functions and activities encourage employees to remain in the Fintech Office. A “micro-urban life group” has been formed, and extends the physical and psychological office space available to employees to allow them to actively embrace urban life.

Heaven Gaia is a luxury fashion brand founded by Xiong which has been extremely active worldwide in recent years. Because of Ms. Xiur’s unique characteristics and the rapid development of Gaia, the sales space needs to be carefully reflective of her art. Designers can feel both grace and power when they communicate with Ms Xiur. Her talent and diligence in fashion and the daily service she offers to celebrities are reminiscent of fashion masters of a past era. The experience here should be made pleasant.
