The Xi An Vanke Feng Xi Metropolis Plot 5 is located in Feng Xi New District, Xi An. The Mall divides themed zones into highly innovative natural scenes to create a trendy and creative mixed experience. The "Waterfall" concept creates an iconic interior space for the region and so as the Vanke brand. The diversified experience scenes leading people to a new concept of life. The ultimate aim is to create a brand-new experimental shopping experience for the district.
Continue readingThe main inspiration for team was Japanese izakaya bars. These bars are authentic, located in Tokyo next to the Hachiko Monument. Family minibars with an open kitchen and fresh produce in the windows, where the tables are usually reserved in advance due to a lot of tourists. This format was new for Moscow, so designers tried to create a bar, full of natural materials and Japanese spirit. Its cozy withhandmade details and with unusual kitchen menu. Architects used almost one terracota colour to convey the atmosphere, but different materials and textures were used.

It conveys the historical and cultural details with Chinese traditional introverted silence. The design interpret the classical element in a modern way, moreover, to inherit the culture in a humanistic way. In the small space, the elegant artistic conception of court gallery is displayed.
Continue readingThe villa creates an internal space where a person is given a special freedom of move and spatial experience. All the connections are short; there are no unnecessary rooms so you can live the entire space every day. Here is considered the sensory experience of human interaction with light, materials, and the atmosphere. Certain effect is created by lamps, which are expressive, both with and without light e.g. angel wings in living room are able to dematerialize, dissolving into space. Particular attention is paid to details with a clear drawing, balance between rounded forms and ration lines.

The logic clue of Garden Tour runs through, relying on the Oriental context, and giving consideration to both practical function and spiritual care. The clear moving line and every step with a change of scene, conveying the designer's philosophical thinking on rationality and art. The decoration of green plants in the interior reflects the harmony between man and nature. The designer also expects it to be endowed with personal and social value.
Continue readingA landmark green building in the heart of the humming Taichung downtown, this joint project between Golden Jade Development and WOHA Singapore illustrates the possibility of green, living buildings in modern urban environments. With flowing materials reflecting nature and bringing it into the public spaces, residents feel the soothing effects of nature the moment they step into the space. Featuring a massive art installation of a 9m wall-mounted field of mechanical lotus flowers called Heavenly Bloom, the residential lobby creates a bridge to nature.
