Dalian Huafa Villa
Dalian Huafa Villa is a sales gallery and show flat in Dalian, China. The design covers a four-story house with a roof garden and a total floor area of 493 square metres. The basement holds an entertainment room, a wine cellar and a bar. A U-shaped staircase and a private elevator connect all levels. The second floor contains a children's room and the third floor the master bedroom with two terraces. Leather wall panels, marble with vertical lighting, gold-toned metal trim and wooden flooring create a warm atmosphere. The circulation follows the idea of a river, drawn from the nearby coast.
