J.Lalli Valley Villa

This is a mountainous residential project located in J.Lalli. The construction area is 23000 sqm and there are 130 households totally. In order to take into account the profits of developers and the living experience of customers at the same time, the section of the buildings shows that every household located adapting to the mountain terrain and get more sunshine and good view. Moreover, under environment and construction technology thinking, the designer adopted stilt buildings to protect mountain. The application of the fabricated steel structure is a good example for local building.

Guangzhou Science City LN Residence

The design focuses on the combination with local cultural characteristics, which comes from the urban appearance of Guangzhou's inspiration. Extracting square boxes as design elements to reshape the urban neighborhood relationship and create neighborhood shared space, using modern modeling and new material collocation, combined with local cultural characteristics, throughout the lobby bar, restaurant, shared space, gym and multi-function meeting room and other public space.

Fuzhou Marriott Riverside

The design brief is to design a contemporary Marriott branded hotel 4500m2 that can articulate Marriott's international brand strategy, philosophy and globally consistent image while incorporate Fuzhou 2500 years' history and its rich unique cultural heritage as the design inspiration. The hotel features 318 exquisite modern rooms, three restaurants Goji Kitchen and Bar, Jasmine Chinese Restaurant, The Bao Specialty Restaurant and 1800 m2 large grand ballroom and meeting room area.

Ice Cave

Ice Cave is a showroom for a client who needed a space with unique quality. In the meantime, capable of showcasing Various properties of the Tehran Eye Project. According to the project's function, an attractive yet neutral atmosphere for showing the objects and events as needed. Using minimal surface logic was the design idea. An integrated mesh surface is spread across all space. The space required for different uses is formed based on foreign forces in the up and down direction exerted on the surface. For fabrication, this surface has been divided into 329 panels.

Scent of a Golden Age

The design team began with the imagery of the "good old days" and took cues from the Showa era to build a flagship store that is worthy of its brand. This renovation of a sixty-year-old two-story shophouse into a modern coffee shop in the Chihkan District of Tainan. The steel frame and iron cladding of the old house are transformed into a place with a refined essence of time. The reinterpretation of an old Japanese house through new imagination. The traces of begone days and the smell of coffee together makes the space into a warm one.

Skylight

This is a sales center in a community in Yiwu, China. The biggest problem the project designer faced is that the interior space is relatively deep. Also, there is no large glass curtain wall on the exterior of the building, which blocks the natural light and leads to poor indoor lighting. The design strategy is to employ skylights and introduces natural light in through the fifth facade of the building, thereby solving the problem of insufficient lighting in the interior space.
