Fantasia Property Huizhou Villa

Tea is an integral part of our home, our life and our family. You can stay indoors or in the front yard, with a cup of tea in your hand. You can also walk barefoot on the verdant lawn. Beside the lawn stands a landscape pond; and the pond boasts a translucent floor, which turns out the glass roof of a basement. The rippling water adds a dynamic touch to the entire space. As you look down, a spiral staircase and its glass cantilever entrance will come into sight.

Powerlong City

The project depicts a new style of future life with a pioneering trend, combining natural, humanistic and contemporary elements to create an exceptional experience of infinite imagination. The design interprets the spaces with the theme of regaining childhood memories. Classic childhood game objects such as gyroscopes, building blocks, stones, marbles, bubbles, and paper airplanes have been transformed into landscape installations in different shapes. The project depicts a new style of future life with a pioneering trend, combining natural, humanistic and contemporary elements.

Light and Shadow

In this 760 square meters space, through the use and layering of reflective, translucent and transparent materials combined with the temperament of Chinese elements, to create a quiet atmosphere. Light and Shadow Sales Centre is Inspired by the nature, the designers forms this unique space by simplifying, abstracting, and weaving it, to express the wonderful imagination towards ideal life.

Wild

This is the second transformation of an old Nanjing restaurant brand, dividing the original single-function space into two independently operated parts: the restaurant and the whiskey bar. The restaurant shows a camping atmosphere in nature, with original materials and green plants as the main elements. The bar is what the designer imagined the bar would look like after humans moved to their new home a hundred years later. The restaurant is open during the day and the bar starts at night. The two spaces are transparent to each other at any time.

Fluidity of Space

The core motivation of this project is a group of teachers who wanted to make changes in conventional teaching and to transform old classroom spaces into a base for Stream teaching. The emphasis is therefore on inspiration, serendipity, and creativity as the goals of this project. Divided into six educational areas namely science, technology, robotics, mechanics, art, and mathematics, and in the overall design of the space, the main axis of the design is a flexible spatial allocation, utilizing visual penetration between the areas and the open flow of circulation to stimulate student interact.

To Beauty

The Morandi colors of white, blue, pink and purple are the main elements that define the reception area. The space by the window is comfortable and can be stayed, while the consultation space is more private and inclusive. The space is small and there is no intention to make it larger. Instead, the design focuses on the furnishings, using brightly coloured furniture and artwork to carve out the best form of the space.
