Nine Begonia

The project is sited in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province. The designers conceived it as a "seed museum", where children can embrace nature and discover the fun of life. Different from common sales center, the project focuses on natural and innovative elements to interpret the innocent beauty and create immersive experience, not just serving as a simple exhibition hall. All materials used in the project take children into account so that environmental and healthy ones are the best choice.

Greenland Bund Centre

Greenland Bund Centre is a mixed-use complex on South Bund of Shanghai. The 127,000sqm site contains world-class office and residential towers and an array of historic structures, retail, cultural and public spaces, forming a 24/7 environment that reflects the highest values of contemporary society. The concept is destined to become an international model.

Baoshan U World

The team adopt a penetrable perimeter block for the site. Continuous building facades along city roads defines an active public sidewalk, while multiple paths and small plazas invite people to the site’s heart, an energetic courtyard. This porous layout enhances visual linkage and optimize surrounding riverfront greens. The main functions of the ground floor are community facilities and entertainments to maintain streets alive. Creative office and apartments are located along the side, embracing a community service building at the center of the courtyard, as the social and fitness hub.

Taoyuan Town

Taoyuan Town Chinese-style Villa is located in Hangzhou, China. The project features large area of private gardens, and the integration of buildings and gardens. Most residential units occupy about 666 sqm, and some corner units cover more area. It is positioned as an upscale Chinese-style residential development catering to those who pursue Chinese traditional culture and a quality life. The key to the design is on how to eventually transform human consideration and care into specific planning and architectural design solutions.

River One

Due to the large range of elevation in Chongqing, the architect adapted his designs to the local terrain and considers the orientation and height of every building so that each apartment has an view of the landscape. The resulting height differences of the entrances are smoothed over by the elevators and stairs. The waterfall in the central courtyard and various other landscape elements are used to solve the inherent height difference of the area.

The Miao-style Town

Located in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, Liuzhou, Guangxi, China, the town project covers an area of about 400 mu (about 27 hectares). Guided by the idea of sustainable development, the design has a balance among the impact of ecology, society and economy to enable the project to achieve the maximum ecological, economic, social and cultural benefits in all aspects in the long run. Starting from local culture, the project introduces ecology, urban aesthetic perception and other ideas to build a cultural town with traditional Miao characteristics.
