Baoshan U World

Baoshan U World is a mixed use development in a suburban district of Shanghai. The layout uses a permeable perimeter block. Continuous facades along the city roads define an active public sidewalk, while several paths and small plazas lead into a central courtyard. The porous plan improves visual links to the nearby riverfront greenery. Community facilities and entertainment venues occupy the ground floor to keep the streets lively. Creative offices and apartments sit along the sides and surround a community service building that serves as a social and fitness hub.

River One

River One is a residential complex located in Chongqing, China, between the Jialing River and Zhaomu Mountain Park. The facades are made of silver-gray aluminum plates, glass and wood-grained aluminum panels.
