This project is the design for a five-stories building and five family members have definitely different requirements about living functions and styles as well. Under such circumstance, how to balance the differences of color shades, building materials, lighting, and practicality and create a smart, flexible, and extraordinary living space is the challenge that the design team faces for.
Continue readingThe original building of the project is a semicircle sphere with glass facade. The designers demolish the indoor completely, and set the center as an umbrella shaped core tube. The scattered umbrella surface uses random perforation elements, which meets the needs of internal light and shadow effect and light shielding. In addition, in order to meet the needs of vertical traffic, in addition to the elevator set up by the umbrella shaped core tube, the designer has set up a ladder on both sides of the space entrance.
Continue readingBecause the typical Danxia red temperament is too serious and heavy, it is not suitable for decoration design. The designers used champagne gold, which appropriately set off the elegant and luxurious atmosphere of the indoor. In order to catch eyes, they adhere to the essence of modernism, reducing the redundant decoration of the reception hall, taking the escalator and step ladder as the core elements, the lighting decoration line runs parallel along the edge of both sides of the escalator, breaking the monotony and dryness of color matching and modeling.

The designer establishes the landscape of courtyard in the enclosed space, in which the atmosphere of the undisturbed quiescence from the modern technology and of the changes of seasons create the mild flow of indoor air and the comfy experience of temperature. The designer presents the design concept of "elegant and plain home" by the one-of-a-kind design logic and life aesthetics, making the all-out effort to design the office with the interdependent relationship between human homes and nature.
