AIMO Hiit

After fully understanding the new retail business model of AIMO HIIT training center, the designer has made the corresponding improvement and optimization in the functional area ratio. The internal design follows the functional requirements to achieve an intensive and flowing integration layout. The designer separates the space by ingenious virtual and real means, combines the original materials such as metal and stone, integrates art and industrial style into the whole space, emphasizes the relationship between curve and straight line, and also echoes the theme of Roman arena elements.

Flavour Funhouse

The team filled the space with modern luxurious elegance. Under the high black metallic ceiling are three different floor tiles, including the hexagonal tiles that embody the charm of the Italian design, to demarcate different zones. The use of sliding doors in black grid for all shops gives the whole environment a homogeneous and timeless atmosphere. The materials were slick and sleek, a generous amount of space is dedicated to exhibit contemporary art pieces.

Mastech Dongguan

To consider high density of users, multiple business relations, and unknown meeting typologies, this workplace aims to be open-plan and non-standard paradigm, to support any type of group talks. At the 1st floor, the reception area is compartmentalized by flooring plans. Each area faces to different orientation, bringing a little contrast, but maintaining more privacy during business talks. On 4th floor, considerable office desks are installed in the core area, surrounded by a loop of artificial turf running track, connecting every division and uniting working forces among peers.

Lights and Shadows

This design project is the fusion between modern and light American styles, combining functions as club reception with residence, creating the sense of honor exclusive to club together with the low-profile luxurious effect desired to be presented in residences via the combination and application of the circulation in the public space, the central island style television wall, the dining table and the reading area.

BeantoBar

An important element of this design was to bring out the appeal of the materials used. The main material used was western red cedar, which is also used in their first store in Japan. As a way of showing the material, Riki Watanabe stacked up a mosaic pattern by piling together pieces one by one like a parquet, making use of the essence of materials uneven colors. Despite using the same materials, by cutting them out, Riki Watanabe was successfully able to vary the expressions depending on the viewing angles.

Wild Rhythm

Designers made full use of the complex spatial foundation, and created a variety of spatial forms in a relatively limited space through the setting of stairs, thus creating conditions for the later construction of atmosphere. In order to increase the use of area, most of the budget have be used in the construction of the building and the reconstruction of the door. The cement texture coating will wrap the whole space, contrasting against the space forming by brick-red texture coating. The wood floors are all coming from the reprocessing of dismantle house woods, reducing the cost of purchase.
